Hello EAAPIANS,
Pune is a growing
city in all the
directions may it be
east, west, north or
south, it is heading
for a place on the
global map as a
favoured
destination.
In such a scenario,
the realtor
fraternity plays a
significant role in
the
growth and
development of the
entire city.
A small brief during
my tenure since I
took over as the
Secretary from the
year 2005 till date:
• Our membership
strength is growing
by leaps and bounds.
Today we have almost
200 members, which
is the highest
strength even at the
national level.
• We have moved into
a bigger office
which is well
furnished and
centrally located.
• We have gone
National having
recently executed a
Bi-lateral Agreement
along with realtor
associations
in six other cities in India with the National Association of
Realtors - India.
• Another feather in
our cap is that EAAP
has become the first
association of
realtors in India to
acquire
the coveted ISO 9001 : 2000 Certification.
With the changing
times, we are all
becoming net savvy
and headed towards
evolving into
successful
E-realtors. The
Committee has put in
a lot of effort and
upgraded our website
www.eaapune.com
which not only has
got more information
about the
Association but is
also a strong tool
to market properties
while at the same
time generating
revenues for the
Association.
Our members
regularly acquire
knowledge from
eminent guest
speakers who address
our meetings and
provide our members
with valuable
insights - be in the
field of legal,
market trends etc.
Thanks to this the
quality, ethical
practices and
fellowship amongst
our members has
increased.
The members are also
kept updated by way
of EAAP News which
is
circulated not only
to EAAPians but also
to PBAP Members,
corporates
and institutions.
My sincere thanks to
all members, our
Managing and
Advisory
Committees and the
PBAP for their whole
hearted support. My
special
thanks to our
manager, Mr. Prakash
Arya, for his
sincere and
dedicated
efforts. |
