All my EAAPian Colleagues,

It is my honour and privilege, to be Elected as the President of the Estate Agents of Pune by you all, for which I am grateful and thankful.
The faith you all have inculcated in me is just beyond my thoughts, do I really deserve it? This faith shown in me will always be revered. I assure that I will leave no stone unturned and will be serving the association with utmost transparency, and will keep up to the verdict given by you all.
Not only will I serve you with honesty, but will see that the EAAP is enhanced to the helm, of course with the help of my team mates and my predecessors.
One thing is for sure and that is no untoward decisions will be taken without consulting you all, or without taking you all in confidence. I will see that the Association members benefit to the optimum from builders and developers and see that we have a pleasant and cordial relationship among our builder and Developer Friends and among ourselves too.
At every given step in the working of Association I will be requiring your feed back, for the betterment of OUR ASSOCIATION, so lets work together and achieve what we are yearning for and that is to be the best and to stand out in the most humble way to serve all in our field.
