The Estate Agents'
Association of Pune (EAAP)
is more the 24 years old having
a strength of over 250
performing property
professionals as its members
throughout Pune and the numbers
are growing in line with
expansion of city.
EAAP was formed as a body
to promote ethical practices &
fellowship between its members.
It endeavors to provide
informed, professional services
to its clients by continuously
creating opportunities for its
members to learn update and
consolidate their knowledge
about industry - in various
fields – be it technical know
how or taxation and legal
matters.
EAAP provides a forum for
exchange of ideas between its
members and the building
community, the city fathers and
other statutory bodies on issues
that concern the industry; it is
the organized 'Marketing Arm' of
the building industry which
endeavors to what is best about
our city and our industry.
The EAAP agents
specialize in Buying, Selling
and Leasing of various types of
Real Estate such as Flats,
Offices, Shops, Bungalows,
Building, Plots, Land, Farm
house, Godowns, Restaurants,
Hotels, Houses, etc. In recent
times 'Build to Suit' options
for IT Companies, Malls,
Multiplexes, etc.
EAAP is the largest body
of Real Estate Agents in the
country. It is an organization
of members dealing in the
business of Real Estate; most of
the performing agents' in Pune
are the members of the
association.
We are one of the founder
members of National Association
of Realtors – India (NAR-India). |
